Former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman was one of the greatest batsmen in his generation. While he achieved massive success in Test cricket, his ODI successes were not so bright, but those were also not to be neglectable.
The versatile right-handed batsman VVS Laxman played 86 ODIs from 1998 to 2006 where he scored 2,338 runs (average 30.76). In his ODI career, Laxman hit six centuries and ten half-centuries.
However, Laxman never earned a call-up for the Cricket World Cup. But some experts have believed that he deserved to feature in the Cricket World Cup.
