ICC U19 World Cup: Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane Boost India U19 Team Ahead of Final

As said, Indian senior cricketers Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane apart from Vijay Shankar and Wriddhiman Saha have showered their blessing on India U-19 team who will compete in the finals of ongoing U19 World Cup 2020.
All the cricketers are yearning to see Priyam Garg-led India brings home the coveted trophy of the tournament.
Till now, India hasn’t lost a match against the opposition. In semi-finals, India Under-19 defeated the arch-rivals Pakistan Under-19 to play the grand finale.
Now, Garg and Co. will compete in the mega finale against Bangladesh U-19 team on Sunday (9th February) at Senwes Park in Potchefstroom.
Indian senior cricketers back youngsters:
The official handle of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a video featuring Pujara, Rahane and Saha, who wished the India U19 side ahead of the final. They also gave some mantra to the youngsters before their marquee clash against young Bangladeshis.

The age group level challenges are considered to be a big platform for the youngster to achieve their dreams to perform in international cricket.
Virat Kohli and Cheteshwar Pujara are some living examples of such competitions. In 2008, Kohli led the U19 team to victory. While Pujara ended up as the highest run-scorer in the 2006 edition.
As the India U-19 team in the form, a tough fight will be witnessed in the finals. So far, Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal and Divayanshu Saxena have set up good partnerships against the opposition.
Jaiswal scored a century in the semifinals. Captain Garg himself has contributed. Talking about bowlers, Kartik Tyagi, Sushant Sharma, Akash Singh, Ravi Bishnoi, and Atharva Ankolekar have been right on the target.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh made their entry for the first time in the final of the U-19 World Cup. In semifinals, the Tigers routed New Zealand youngsters by six wickets.
