Jofra Archer who recently broke into the England squad and also found a place in the 2019 World Cup squad which is slated to begin in 4 days time. Archer has heaped praise on England wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler who has taken his game to a different level. The fast bowler stated that Buttler has the ability to play all around the ground and is a 360-degree batsman. The first batsman who made this name his own was none other than the retired superstar AB de Villiers.
Jos Buttler has improved by leaps and bounds in the last couple of years. He has been one of the most consistent performers for England during the period when they became the No 1 ranked ODI side in the world. Buttler possesses most of the shots in the book up his arsenal and when on song can be a nightmare for opposition bowlers.
Buttler was in sensational form during the ODI series against Pakistan which England won by a 4-0 margin. He smashed 55 balls 110 in the 2nd ODI and was instrumental in helping England chase a stiff target of 360 with utmost ease in the end.

“The best player I faced was Jos Buttler in the nets. He is a 360 (degree) cricketer. He can hit you straight down the ground or over the ‘keeper’s head. I don’t think anywhere is safe with him,” Jofra Archer stated.
Both Archer and Jos Buttler will be two of the most important players for England in the showpiece event. Buttler will definitely look to take his form into the 2019 World Cup and so will Jofra Archer who has been brought into the squad only after playing 3 ODI’s.
England will begin the tournament as one of the pre-tournament favourites especially due to the sort of team they have and what they can do on a consistent basis. It will be a huge opportunity for them t claim their 1st World Cup title.

Hosts England faces Australia in a warm-up clash later today. On the other worker they will begin their World Cup campaign against South Africa at the Kennington Oval on 30th May.
