Just ahead of the ICC World Cup 2019, the England and Wales Cricket Board players are suffering injury scares, which might even put them away from the prestigious ICC World Cup 2019. The all-rounder Tom Curran followed by Jason Roy and Joe Denly have already missed the Royal London Clashes in County.

Tom Curran, who received the call letter for the ICC World Cup 2019 has been ruled out of the clash between Middlesex and Surrey. He also missed out in the previous clash owing to the fitness concerns. The other major player to miss out the action is Jason Roy.

The flamboyant striker of the ball also missed the clash for Surrey in the Royal London ODI tournament. The fitness of Jason Roy is key for England, as he has been their best batsman in the last summer.

Joe Denly also suffering from stiff back:

Not only Roy and Tom Curran but also Joe Denly, who received a surprise call-up also suffering from the back issues. He missed out a clash for Kent against Glamorgan after scoring a half-century in the previous fixture. In the recent news, the standby player Sam Billings also suffered a shoulder injury.

England is set to start its world cup camp later this week. It means that the regular international players will not participate in the remaining games of the county season. A few regular players, who are plying their trade in IPL will also head back home.

The like of Jonny Bairstow and Moeen Ali already finished their deal for their respective franchises. While the players like Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer will return after their clash tonight against KKR.

England will start their new season by locking horns with Ireland on May 5th. Then they will take on Pakistan team, who will be touring for the 5 ODI games and 1 T20I fixture. As far as the World Cup is concerned,  they will play their first game of the tournament against South Africa on May 30th.
