The veteran Indian Women’s right-arm pacer Jhulan Goswami is one of the greatest female pace bowlers in international cricket history. She is still the only female bowler to manage 200+ wickets in Women’s ODIs. Meanwhile, Pakistan Women’s right-arm pacer Kainat Imtiaz made her international debut in 2010 and has played just over 20 limited-overs matches in the international career.

During the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2017, after the league stage match between India Women and Pakistan Women, Kainat revealed that she was inspired by the senior Indian pacer Jhulan Goswami.
