But despite a good start, Indian team found itself in a tough situation as the home side was four down on a score of 120.
Then came the moment when the senior pros Chetshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane, who saved the best for the rest came up with a match-winning partnership of 118 runs for the fifth wicket. Both of them stayed at the crease for almost 46 overs and kept Indian team in the game. Though Indian batting line-up faltered and was dismissed completely on day four but the partnership between these two was enough to ensure that Indian team has a defendable total on the board.
