India vs Australia 2019, 1st T20I: Indian Cricketers Wear Black Arm-Bands For Pulwama Martyrs
On Sunday (24 February), the Indian national cricket team has come out first time to play international cricket since the Pulwama terror attack incident. In the first T20I of the series against Australia at Visakhapatnam, all the Indian players have worn the black arm-bands in the memory of martyrs.
On 14 February, a suicide bomber attacked with an explosive-laden vehicle into a CRPF bus in Pulwama district (Jammu and Kashmir). More than 40 soldiers have lost their lives, and many are critically injured in that incident. The Pakistan-based terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed carried out that attack. Since that incident, the entire country is under deep sadness from that incident.
The whole world has condemned on that coward incident. Meanwhile, the Indian cricket family have also cried out over that incident and came out to support the Indian soldiers.
After that incident, India has come to play their first international match on Sunday against Australia. In this T20I match, all the Indian cricketers have worn the black arm-bands in the memory of martyrs.
The Indian national cricket team is in the final round preparation for the World Cup
India is in the final round of match preparation before the upcoming World Cup. Currently, India is hosting the two-match T20I series against Australia. After this T20I series, India and Australia will play a five-match ODI series in India.
From 23 March, the Indian cricketers will be busy for the IPL 2019. After completion of the IPL 2019, India will participate in the upcoming World Cup.
