According to an IANS report, Dhoni and Mihir Diwakar, the former Jharkhand captain, are likely to come to Ranchi from Mumbai on Saturday morning. That report further added the expectation of Dhoni’s presence on the ground on the same day.
After the heartbreaking semi-final defeat against New Zealand in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, MS Dhoni hasn’t played a professional cricket match yet. The former Indian captain hasn’t made himself available for the international cricket for more than last three months. He hasn’t even clarified about his future in cricket.
Due to his silence about the future, the retirement speculation is growing up. However, the BCCI is continuously denying Dhoni’s retirement plan soon.
