Axar Patel
It was the Harare T20I between the hosts Zimbabwe and the visitors India on 17th July 2015. A total of five Indian cricketers made their T20I debuts in that game, including Axar Patel. The visitors decided to bat first after winning the toss. Due to the positive top-order batting and 25 extras, the Indian team scored 178/5 (20 overs).

In reply, Zimbabwe openers Hamilton Masakadza and Chamu Chibhabha put the 55 runs partnership for the first wicket. During that partnership, the left-arm spinner Axar Patel was in control enough. Once Harbhajan Singh broke that partnership, Axar took two wickets in the next over by dismissing the set batsman Masakadza (23) and the captain Elton Chigumbura (1). In his next over, he bowled Sikandar Raza (10).
While Axar Patel finished the game with the bowling figures of 4-0-17-3, Zimbabwe only scored 124/7 (20 overs). India won that match by 54 runs, and Axar won the Player of the Match award.
