Rohit Sharma’s maiden ODI double-century

Indian opener Rohit Sharma is a master in the limited-overs cricket. In ODI cricket, the right-handed batsman not only hit one double-century but also he has managed to hit it thrice. His first ODI double-century was against Australia at Bengaluru on 2nd November 2013 where he scored 209 runs off 158 balls (12 fours and 16 sixes).
When Rohit completed that double-century in 156 balls, on the first ball of the final over of the first innings of that game, captain Dhoni was on the other side with 53 runs. Dhoni ended that innings after scoring 62 runs off just 38 balls.
