Despite not having most of the saviour equipment during his period, the legendary Australian cricketer Sir Donald Bradman still set a great example of consistency in the batting. In his entire Test career (1928-1948), Bradman always maintained his top-quality batting.

After playing 52 Tests, where he batted 80 innings, the right-handed batsman Bradman scored 6996 Test runs, including 29 centuries and 13 half-centuries. Bradman missed out to finish his Test career with the magic figure of the batting average of 100 which was possible if he scored only four runs in his last Test innings, but he was dismissed for a duck.

Bradman ended his Test career with the remarkable batting average of 99.94. Though this Test batting average is breakable in the early career, especially when the player hit a century in his early Test innings, here we are talking about to maintain this incredible batting average after 50th Test match, which is even undreamable for many top-class batsmen.
