Virat Kohli believes in building the innings rather than focusing for the big hittings. That’s why the top-class batsman has hit only 22 sixes in 145 Test innings.
Only two batsmen have hit 100 or more sixes in Test career. While the former Australian wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist hit 100 Test sixes, former New Zealand cricketer Brendon McCullum is holding the record of most sixes in Test career as he hit 107 Test sixes.
At present, Kohli is 85 sixes away from the record of most sixes in Test career. Once again, he is not focusing on this record.
