There is no doubt that Kohli will move to more top positions in the list of the most run-scorer in international cricket history. However, the record of most runs in international cricket history is unlikely to be achievable for him.
Sachin Tendulkar is the most run-scorer in international cricket history as the right-handed batsman scored 34,357 runs in 782 international innings (average 48.52).
