The 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has reached its business end. With the playoffs starting on Tuesday, we are just five days away from the completion of the tournament.
Following today’s Qualifier between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad, we will be witnessing the eliminator between Kolkata Knight Riders and the Rajasthan Royals. The winner of the match will play the loser of Tuesday’s game in Qualifier 2.
The Kolkata Knight Riders have been quite impressive all through the tournament.
However, a few hiccups pushed them back on certain occasions. On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals produced some impressive performances in their last few matches which helped them qualify for the playoffs.
They won their must-win clash against the Royal Challengers Bangalore. However had Mumbai defeated Delhi, Rajasthan would have been knocked out. But Mumbai’s defeat enabled them to progress into the playoffs.
