Mumbai Indians all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, seems to be fit for his team’s next tie.
As per the reports, he is fit and will play Mumbai Indians’ next game against Delhi Daredevils tomorrow (April 14).
Pandya missed the previous game for his side due to an ankle injury which he suffered in the first game against CSK. Despite being injured, he went on to bowl in the opening tie and took three wickets as well.
However, he skipped the practice session of Mumbai Indians before the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad, which gave an indication of him being ruled out.
The 24-year-old is now fit and is all set to participate. Pandya is expected to replace Pradeep Sangwan in the playing XI, who played the second game in his absence.
Mumbai Indians are expected to retain other members of the squad for the next tie. The Rohit Sharma-led side had lost both of its games till now.
In the opening game, Mumbai Indians lost the thriller in the last over when Kedar Jadhav struck a six and a four to win a game for his side.
In the second contest, Mumbai Indians were able to drag the game till the last ball but lost, as Billy Stanlake hits the winning runs for Hyderabad.
The team would be hoping to register its first win at the home ground finally. This will be the second home game for Mumbai Indians. On the other hand, Delhi Daredevils are expected to go in with an unchanged squad.
The Gautam Gambhir-led side had lost both the encounters till now. Both the teams are on the same page and are looking for their maiden win.
