Lungi Ngidi was one of the biggest positives for the title winners Chennai Super Kings. The Proteas fast bowler was right on the money with his line and length.
Furthermore, Ngidi was able to extract good pace and swing from the track. The 22-year old is definitely a bowler to look out for.
Ngidi best performance with the ball came against Kings XI Punjab as he breathed down the batsmen neck. The South African fast bowler scalped four wickets and gave away 10 runs in his allotted four overs.
Overall, Ngidi took 11 wickets in the seven matches he played for the Men in Yellow in the season.
