IPL 2019: 33rd Match, Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Chennai Super Kings – Match Prediction

IPL 2019: 33rd Match, Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Chennai Super Kings – Match Prediction; Here comes the clash of the last year finalists in the tournament. The high-flying Chennai Super Kings will travel Hyderabad to take on hosts Sunrisers Hyderabad on Wednesday night.

Chennai Super Kings are in a great run of form in the tournament. So far, they lost only one game against Mumbai Indians, which came at Wankhede Stadium. Apart from that, they have always been on the right side of things with everything falling in place at the right moment.

On the other hand, Sunrisers Hyderabad has started the tournament in a solid mode. However, they lost their way in the middle, which found themselves in the lower half of the points table. They are losing the games even after performing well enough in the 70% of their game.

The main problem for Hyderabad has been their batting section. The whole burden is being carried by David Warner while Jonny Bairstow also lost his touch after those back-to-back knocks for the team. Kane Williamson also looked rusty in the middle after the return from the injury.

However, they have no concerns whatsoever with their bowling section. The likes of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Sandeep Sharma are delivering the goods on a regular basis while the return of Khaleel Ahmed is a good boost for the team.

On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings got the quality batting department in their ranks. They got the depth in their batting lineup while the bowling is purely based on Deepak Chahar and Imran Tahir. It would be interesting to see whether Harbhajan Singh gets the nod or not.

Date & Venue: April 17th (Wednesday) at 8:00 PM IST, at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

Pitch Report:

Surprisingly, Hyderabad pitch is favouring the batsmen, which is not the history of this venue. However, this time, it would be spinners, who will get the benefit from it. Runs in the powerplay overs will be key, as the new ball will leak runs for the team.

Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Chennai Super Kings – Match Prediction

Well, without any ray of a doubt Chennai Super Kings will enter into the game as favourites to win the game. They are on such a brilliant winning streak while Sunrisers Hyderabad has lost their way in the middle. However, you can never underestimate Hyderabad, as they got such a quality side in their ranks, who can turn the tables on their day. All in all, the odds will start in favour of CSK.
