The IPL 2019 auctions concluded in Jaipur on Tuesday (December 18th), and the results will only amuse you. There were a few setbacks regarding the stalwart players. Even though veterans like Dale Steyn and Brendon McCullum did not find any buyers, World Cup-winner, Yuvraj Singh found one in Mumbai Indians. However, the highlight of the evening was the purchase of mystery spinner, Varun Chakravarthy. The KXIP, which entered the auctions with the maximum budget splurged money on players.
Meanwhile, the IPL 2019 auctions saw the emergence of new faces as well. With the likes of Prabhsimran Singh going for as many as 4.80 crores, the franchises have shown their trust in the uncapped player.
