On last Saturday (15th January) night, the full league stage schedule of IPL 2020 has been revealed. Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) has also released their full fixtures during the league stage of IPL 2020.
IPL 2020 will be the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The league stage of this tournament will be played between 29th March and 17th May.
KXIP will begin their journey in IPL 2020 with the away game against Delhi Capitals (DC) on 30th March. They will play their first home game in the forthcoming season against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on 4th April. Their league stage journey in this season will end with the home match against Delhi Capitals (DC) on 16th May.

Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium (Mohali) will host all the home matches of KXIP in the IPL 2020.
In the upcoming IPL season, KXIP will play two afternoon matches. These matches will be against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at home on 26th April and against the hosts Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on 3rd May.

Participating in the all the previous 12 editions, KXIP haven’t managed to win an IPL trophy yet. While they have managed to finish in the top four for twice, their best record was finishing as the runners-up in 2014 edition.

KXIP will begin the new IPL season under the new captain, KL Rahul. After their previous captain, Ravichandran Ashwin was traded out to Delhi Capitals, the franchise chose Rahul as the new captain of this team.
