The 35-year-old Lasith Malinga will bring all his experience into play once again. He will surely add a lot of value to the Mumbai Indians’ (MI) bowling attack. The right-arm fast bowler can still turn out to be a penetrative bowling option in T20’s. Malinga can swing the ball late while his pace can unsettle any world-class batsman.

The Sri-Lankan can trouble the batsmen with his quick bouncers and his presence will be valuable for some of the younger players.

Malinga’s fast slinging action is always difficult to pick which makes him a threatening option. Malinga can outfox the batsmen with his variations. He further can bowl fast toe-crushing yorkers, particularly in the death overs. Well, it’s always difficult to pick Malinga’s length on fast wickets.
