The Indian limited-overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma is one of the successful opening batsmen in the present cricket world. He is also a successful batsman and captain in the IPL history as he is the only captain to win four IPL trophies.

Former Deccan Chargers (DC) cricketer (2008-2010) Rohit Sharma is now serving for Mumbai Indians from IPL 2011. From 2013, Rohit is leading the Mumbai Indians team. The second most run-scorer in T20I history Rohit has scored 4898 runs in 188 IPL matches (average 31.60; strike-rate 130.82). In his IPL career, Rohit has scored one century and 36 half-centuries. Moreover, he has also taken 15 IPL wickets, including a hat-trick in IPL 2009.

Rohit’s form will be crucial for the Indian team in the upcoming Australia tour which will be played in the end period of this year. Ahead of this crucial Australia tour, Rohit’s good form will give huge confidence to the Indian team.
