The 31-year-old former Australian skipper Steven Smith is the other one of the two overseas captains in the IPL 2020. Former Pune Warriors India (PWI) and Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) captain, Smith returned to the IPL leadership duty for Rajasthan Royals (RR) during the mid-season of IPL 2019 when Ajinkya Rahane was removed from that role. Smith’s present IPL salary is INR 12 crore.
