Rajasthan Royals (RR)
The inaugural IPL trophy winners (2008) Rajasthan Royals have experienced three Super Overs in IPL where they managed to win twice and lost the other one. Their batting strength is very limited but they have enough players who can handle the one-over eliminator.
Their English cricketers Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes are obviously favourite for this special role. However, Stokes is doubtful for the entire tournament due to his father’s illness. Experienced South African cricketer David Miller can be another choice for this role. Among the Indians, Sanju Samson and Robin Uthappa are favourite to take up this role.
