David Warner
Australian cricketer David Warner is currently one of the most dangerous opening batsmen in the cricket world. The left-handed batsman is the most run-scorer among the overseas batsmen in IPL history as he has scored 4706 runs in 126 IPL matches with an average of 43.17 and strike-rate of 142.39, including four centuries and 44 half-centuries. He is the first batsman to win three IPL Orange Caps which he won in 2015, 2017, and 2019 editions.
Warner has returned in the captaincy role of the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) team for the IPL 2020. Under his captaincy, SRH won its first IPL trophy in the 2016 edition. Warner’s start sets up the confidence for the SRH team.
