The presence of all-rounders such as Dwayne Bravo, James Faulkner and Ravindra Jadeja makes this an ideal T20 team that covers all bases.
If one was to point out a weakness, it would surely be the lack of overseas bowlers. Their pace battery comprises of Praveen Kumar, Munaf Patel, Manpreet Gony and Dhawal Kulkarni, all are India discards.
Spin wise as well, their overseas cupboard is bare. Thereby, it seems that the Lions could have potentially missed a trick or two by not roping in more overseas bowlers.
