A bowling lineup that comprises of Zaheer Khan, Mohammed Shami, Kagiso Rabada, Pat Cummins, Chris Morris and Amit Mishra is bound to challenge even the best of batting line-ups in this format. It wouldn’t require rocket science to admit that bowling is Delhi Daredevils’ biggest strength. Batting-wise, they have an array of fresh talent in the form of Quinton De Kock, Shreyas Iyer, Rishab Pant and Sam Billings.
The inclusion of India’s latest batting star Karun Nair is another solid addition in their batting. At the auctions, they roped in a couple of all-rounders in the form of Angelo Mathews and Corey Anderson. A major challenge for the Daredevils would be while deciding their overseas players – if to go with their all-rounders or back their specialists to win them games.
