While the cricketers have got the break from the game due to the global spread of the novel COVID-19 or coronavirus outbreak, the 28-year-old Indian cricketer KL Rahul has recently opened up the name of the batsman whom he will send to bat to save his life.

KL Rahul has now evolved as one of the most important cricketers in the Indian team. After making his international cricket debut in December 2014, Rahul faced some ups and downs, but the team management has always put faith on his game. He also faced some hard times in his career, but he didn’t take much time to move on from that situation.

With his discipline and solid focus, Rahul has taken the path of consistent improvement. Now, the right-handed batsman has become a versatile cricketer who can bat at any position. Moreover, in the most recent times, Rahul has taken the role of wicket-keeper in limited-overs cricket, and the very good fielder is handling this duty very well too. His impressive wicketkeeping skill has now opened up a wider option for team management.

Rahul has played 36 Tests, 32 ODIs and 42 T20Is where the right-handed batsman has scored 2006 runs (average 34.58), 1239 runs (average 47.65) and 1461 runs (average 45.65) respectively. He is currently the No. 2-ranked T20I batsman.
