Former Australian skipper Steven Smith has heaped praise on India’s flamboyant batsman KL Rahul. Smith initiated an Instagram Question-Answer sessions with his fan and one of the fans asked him about one Indian player who has impressed him the most. Subsequently, Steven Smith wrote, “KL Rahul. Very good player!”.
On the other hand, Smith is also eagerly waiting for the series against India. Smith has a Test average of 84 when he plays against the Indian team and he is going to hold the key for the Australian team. Australia were without the services of David Warner and Smith on India’s previous tour and the visitors had won their maiden Test series in Australia by 2-1.

KL Rahul is treat to the eyes
With Warner and Smith back in action, it is going to be a stiff challenge for the Indian team. Smith has had a great record and he would be hungry to perform at his best against the Indian team.
Meanwhile, KL Rahul has impressed with his skills in the last few months. The flamboyant right-hander has been able to grab his opportunities and he has made the most of them. Rahul had scored 201 runs in the three-match ODI series against New Zealand. Prior to the ODI series, the stylish right-hander scored 224 runs at an average of 56 in the five-match T20I series against the Kiwis. Thus, he was awarded the Man of the series.

Furthermore, KL Rahul has made it difficult for Rishabh Pant to make his place in the limited overs format. Rahul has done a fine job and he would like to continue his good form going.
On the other side, India will tour Australia for four-match Test series. The first Test match will take place at the Gabba, Brisbane from December 3 whereas the second match will be a pink-ball affair. This would be India’s maiden pink-ball Test in overseas conditions. Australia has played seven day-night matches and they have won all of them.
