Shoaib Malik (Pakistan)

Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik has never liked to give up anything in the game. One of the greatest Pakistan all-rounder Malik, who started the international career as an off-spinner, but gradually improved his batting skills and evolved as the greatest all-rounder of his country.
Malik made his ODI debut on 14th October 1999 during the Sharjah ODI against West Indies, but he didn’t bat in that game. On the next day, during the match against Sri Lanka, Malik scored a golden duck after coming to bat in the 10th spot.
After batting several times at the lower order, Malik first time came to bat at the no.4 position on 15th February 2002 against West Indies at Sharjah, where the right-handed batsman scored 111 not out off 130 balls. It was just the beginning of his classic batting performances in ODI cricket.
While Malik retired from the ODI cricket after the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, he scored 7534 runs in 287 ODIs (258 matches) with an average of 34.55. The right-handed batsman hit nine centuries and 44 half-centuries in ODI career. Moreover, the off-spinner also managed to pick up 158 ODI wickets.
