The former Sri Lankan off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan is in the second spot in this list. Muralitharan, who played international cricket from 1992 to 2010, played 133 Tests – 132 Tests for Sri Lanka and only Test for ICC World XI. In his Test career, Muralitharan won 19 Man of the Match awards.
The former off-spinner Muralitharan is the only bowler to manage to claim 800 Test wickets. In his Test career, Muralitharan claimed 67 times five-wicket hauls and 22 times ten-wicket hauls.
