Mitchell Johnson trolls Virat Kohli in Twitter 1

Former Australian pacer Mitchell Johnson trolled Virat Kohli on his official twitter account.

India and Australia will meet on Sunday at Mohali in their do or die game in WT20 2016. Just one day before the match, Indian star batsman Virat Kohli admitted that he enjoys playing against Australia.

Kohli was asked on Saturday about his planning for the match against Australia along with the common sledging from Australians. He replied, “Debate on the field or not, it doesn’t really matter with me.”

“I’m pretty sure of the plans I take into the middle but if I get into a little bit (of debate) with anyone, and if I have to take a certain stand, that doesn’t necessarily put me off my game.

“If anything, that motivates me more.

“But it doesn’t mean that if I don’t get to get into a debate with someone that I won’t be motivated to win the game for my team.

“That’s something that I’ve come to terms with that, not every team is going to have a go at you so it’s better to plan your innings without that situation and if that situation comes in you have to take it as more fuel to the fire to actually take in with you.

“Australia is a side that we all know is a very strong side. They play with a lot of passion and I believe in playing the same way so I like that challenge.”

Now, former Australian left-arm pacer Mitchell Johnson trolled Kohli by reminding his performance in the semi-final of 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup. Johnson tweeted on his official account, “Love it!! Went missing in WC semifinal last yr when it really counts.”

Mitchell Johnson – Virat Kohli fight is well known in the cricket world. During the last year India’s tour of Australia, which was held just before 2015 ICC WC, the fight got very hot on the field. In the semi-final of 2015 ICC WC, Johnson dismissed Kohli. Kohli was struggling against the Australian bowlers in that match.

Later that evening he took a dig at Virat Kohli with this tweet:
