5. Highest individual ODI innings as a wicketkeeper-batsman
MS Dhoni holds the record of highest individual ODI knock as a wicketkeeper-batsman. MS Dhoni had scored an unbeaten 183 runs against Sri Lanka at Jaipur on 31st October 2005, which is still a record for a highest individual ODI knock by a wicketkeeper-batsman.
Also, for a long time, Dhoni was the highest individual runs scorer in the second innings of the ODI history through that knock (183* against Sri Lanka). The record was broken by former Australian cricketer Shane Watson with an unbeaten 185 runs knock against Bangladesh at Dhaka on 11th April 2011.
