Jonny Bairstow
England wicket-keeper batsman Jonny Bairstow is now a very crucial player for his country in the limited-overs cricket. As an opener, he played a vital role for England to win their first Cricket World Cup trophy by winning the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
IPL 2019 was his first edition in the IPL career and he hugely impressed in that edition. While the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) bought him for INR 2.20 crore in the 2019 IPL auction, the wicket-keeper batsman scored 445 runs in 10 matches with an average of 55.62 and strike-rate of 157.24. The second most run-scorer for the SRH in that tournament finished as the 10th most run-scorer in that tournament. He hit one century and two half-centuries in the IPL 2019. Surely, this international cricketer deserves a better salary cap.
