5. Dwayne Bravo (Gujarat Lions)

Gujarat Lions (GL) all-rounder Dwayne Bravo faced 50% fine of his match fees for breaching IPL code of conduct during his team’s match against Mumbai Indians (MI) at Kanpur on 21^st May.

Bravo seemed to nudge MI batsman Kieron Pollard though it was just a light banter, in his own and Pollard’s words.

However, Bravo admitted to the Level 2 offence (Article 2.2.7 of the IPL Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials) for inappropriate and deliberate physical contact with a player in the course of play during a match. As a result, Bravo was fined 50% of his match fees.
