India A was able to take the third position in the Quadrangular series after they beat South Africa A by a massive margin of 124 runs. South Africa A skipper Khaya Zondo decided to put India A in to bat after winning the toss.
Shreyas Iyer led team was able to get a target of 275 runs in their allotted 50 overs. The skipper led from the from the front as Iyer returned to form with a fine knock of 67 runs.

India A takes the third place.
Ambati Rayudu also joined the party with a fine inning of 66 runs. The right-handed pair was able to put together an alliance of 130 runs to get India A into a commanding position.
Furthermore, the finishing touches were provided by Sanju Samson, Nitish Rana, Krunal Pandya and Deepak Chahar who all scored runs at a brisk pace for India A.
On the other hand, Beuran Hendricks scalped three wickets for the Proteas. Meanwhile, South Africa A could not get off to a promising start as they lost three wickets for the score of just 22 runs.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar who had returned back from back injury was able to hit the ground running. India’s pack leader was able to announce his arrival as he took three wickets for India A. Thus, Kumar would have gained confidence after missing out on the bulk of the action.
On the other hand, India B was able to win the Quadrangular series as they defeated Australia A by a margin of nine wickets. India B captain Manish Pandey continued his dream form as he scored a brisk 73 to take his side over the line. Thus, he has put his name into contention for the Asia Cup Squad.
