The former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was a legendary cricketer who served for the national team for 24 years (1989-2013). Serving for Bombay (now Mumbai) in the Ranji Trophy career, Tendulkar scored 4281 runs in 57 innings (38 matches) with an average of 87.36. During his Ranji Trophy career, the right-handed batsman hit 18 centuries and 19 fifties.

In his international career, Tendulkar achieved many records in the number of matches and batting. He played the record number of 664 matches (200 Tests, 463 ODIs and only T20I) and also recorded 34357 runs (15921 Test runs, 18426 ODI runs and 10 T20I runs) with an average of 48.52. Also, the right-arm bowler picked up 201 wickets in the long international career.
