A total of 10 teams will participate in this forthcoming tournament, the same number of teams which we saw in the previous three editions (2014, 2016 and 2018). The four-time champions Australia will also play as defending champions in this tournament.

Apart from the hosts, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies, Bangladesh and Thailand will also feature in this tournament.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) is encouraging to everyone for this upcoming global tournament as they are aiming to see the record-breaking attendance at a women’s sporting event during the final of this tournament.

The Melbourne Cricket Ground (Melbourne) will host the final of this tournament on 8th March, and the stadium can hold over 1 lakh spectators. So, there is a great chance to see the record-breaking attendance at a women’s sporting event.
