One of the good performing team in the ongoing IPL 9, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) is currently facing some trouble at the end of the tournament due to injuries/illness.
After one of the main pacer Ashish Nehra ruled out from the remaining matches in the IPL 9 due to injury, now opener Shikhar Dhawan is suffering from injury and one of wicket-keeper Aditya Tare is suffering from illness.
Opener Shikhar Dhawan got an injury during the practice and immediately after that he was admitted to a local hospital and did an x-ray. On the other hand, wicket-keeper batsman Aditya Tare was suffering from dehydration due to excessively hot weather as he was hospitalized too.
Currently, both the SRH cricketers are going under treatment in Ramkrishna Care Hospital.
Both the cricketers were injured/ill during the practice session. Doctor advised rest for Aditya Tare while there were no news on Dhawan and whether he will play the upcoming match or not.
On Friday, SRH will play against Delhi Daredevils at Raipur in an important encounter of IPL 9. SRH is currently on top of the points table with 16 points in 12 matches. Hence, they are currently in a good position to qualify for the play-off; one more win will secure their place in the play-off as well and a place in top two position in the points table.
Dhawan is currently in a great form in the IPL 9 as he has scored 402 runs in 12 matches with the average of 50.25. The SRH opening batsman hit 3 half-centuries in this year’s IPL.
On the other hand, Aditya Tare has played three matches in the ongoing IPL.
