Steve Smith, who is famous for his unorthodox batting, is counted among the best batsman of the modern era. He has faced several lethal bowlers from Lasith Malinga to Jasprit Bumrah in his advancing career. The Aussie cricketer has revealed that the Pakistani bowler Mohammad Amir gives him a tough time in the field.
Amid the break, Steve Smith took some questions from fans on Instagram and answered them, revealing some unknown facts. One of the fans asked him to name a pacer who is difficult to face. In reply, Smith named Amir, saying that he is the most skilful speedster that he has ever faced.

“Mohammad Amir, I think is the most skillful I’ve faced,” Steve Smith wrote on his Instagram Story.
Mohammad Amir, who retired from the Test format last year, has backed off from England’s tour in August this year. He is expecting his second child’s birth at the same time. Additionally, he has been dropped from the Pakistan Cricket Board‘s (PCB) central contract this year.

Smith also answered his best moment was lifting World Cup 2015 trophy at home. He also gave some tips to the fans on how to face spinners.
“Energy in your legs and move your feet as quickly as possible,” said Smith on his Instagram story.
Meanwhile, Steve Smith has been practicing for the upcoming tour at their home. Cricket Australia rescheduled the bilateral series after the pandemic hit the whole cricket schedule. Cricket teams of West Indies, Zimbabwe and New Zealand will tour Australia amid the pandemic. And India will also visit in October to play three-match T20I series.
