260/5 by India (vs Sri Lanka at Indore on 22nd December 2017)

The visitors Sri Lanka decided to field first after winning the toss. It was another limited-overs match, where Rohit Sharma showed his batting magic but not only as an opener, also as a captain.
Openers Rohit and KL Rahul put the 165 runs partnership for the first wicket where captain Rohit scored the firing 35-ball century, joint-fastest T20I century. Finally, they lost his wicket after scoring 118 runs off just 43 balls (12 fours and 10 sixes). While Rohit’s score is still India’s highest individual score in T20I history, that partnership is still also India’s highest T20I partnership for any wicket.
On the other hand, Rahul also played a good knock as he scored 89 runs off 49 balls (5 fours and eight sixes).
While India scored 260/5 (20 overs), Sri Lanka were bowled out for 172 runs as Sri Lanka won that match by 88 runs.
