Zulfiqar Bhatti (Nationality: Pakistan) – 2013
During the Begum Khursheed Memorial T20 tournament in Sukkur in December 2013, the 22-year-old batsman Zulfiqar Bhatti received a hit on his chest when he tried to play a pull shot. Immediately, after receiving that blow, Bhatti collapsed on the pitch. He was rushed to the hospital but all the immediate efforts failed to bring him back in life.
