Currently, most of the Indian bowlers are dominating all over the world. The former Indian pacer Lakshmipathy Balaji feels that the present Indian bowling attack is the best Indian bowling attack to travel to a World Cup.
Talking about this, Lakshmipathy Balaji has especially praised the Indian pacers. At present, the Indian pace bowlers are dominating the World cricket. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami are all in excellent form, and they are set to lead the Indian bowling attack. Lakshmipathy Balaji likes the depth of the Indian bowling department.

Speaking about the present Indian pace bowling unit, the former pacer told India Today, “India have got the best pace bowling unit right now with Bumrah, Bhuvi, and Shami in very good form leading into the World Cup. With the depth we have in the bowling department, this could be the best Indian attack to have travelled to a World Cup.”
England and Wales will host the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup from 30 May to 14 July. Lakshmipathy Balaji feels that Mohammed Shami’s upright seam can be helpful for India in the English conditions.

The former Indian pacer said, “I think Shami has done well in England, South Africa. Especially in English conditions, where there is lateral movement on offer, a bowler with upright seam can perform.”
The 28-year-old Indian pacer Mohammed Shami won Player of the Series award during the recent ODI series in New Zealand. In that series, the right-arm pacer picked up nine wickets in four matches with an average of 15.33.
All three pacers are different from each other
Lakshmipathy Balaji has also praised the variety of Indian pacers. While Bhuvneshwar Kumar is a proper swing bowler, Mohammed Shami is a seam bowler. Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah has a combination of high pace and unusual action.
The former Indian pacer added, “All three bowlers work on their pace as well. They’re not similar. One is a proper swing bowler, one is a seam bowler, another one has a combination of high pace and unusual action. I think oppositions will find it difficult to face our pace attack.”
Talking about India’s bowling combination for the World Cup

Lakshmipathy Balaji also suggested India’s bowling combination for the upcoming World Cup. He believes that India can go with three pacers and Kuldeep Yadav (as a spinner) against the Asian teams. On the other hand, he further added that India could go with two pacers, two spinners and Hardik Pandya against others.
Lakshmipathy Balaji has picked up Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami as the two main bowlers of the Indian team.
The former Indian pacer said, “Bumrah will be my go-to man. Bumrah and Shami as the first two picks. Then we can look at the conditions and the opposition. Against Asian teams like Pakistan and Sri Lanka, India can go in with three seamers and one spinner in Kuldeep Yadav. If you play against Australia, South Africa, and England, you can play two seamers, two spinners and Hardik Pandya.”
The world cricket is praising the present Indian bowling line-up. Many experts believe that the current Indian bowling unit is one of the best bowling units in international cricket history.
