Hanif Mohammad, Mushtaq Mohammad and Sadiq Mohammad (Pakistan)

The three brothers to play in the same match incident was repeated once again in October 1969. It was the match between Pakistan and New Zealand at Karachi, Pakistan. It was a 4-day match. It was the 1^st Test of 3-match Test series between the two nations.

Hanif Mohammad

In that match, Hanif Mohammad scored 22 (1^st innings) and 35 runs (2^nd innings), Sadiq Mohammad made 69 runs (1^st innings) and 37 runs (2^nd innings) while Mushtaq Mohammad scored only 14 (1^st innings) and 19 runs (2^nd innings). Hanif and Sadiq were openers where Mushtaq was a no. 4 batsman who also took a wicket in that match. The match ended in a draw.

Mushtaq Mohammad

It was the debut match for Sadiq Mohammad while it was incidentally also the last Test for Hanif Mohammad. Hanif Mohammad played 55 Tests for Pakistan while his other two brothers Mushtaq and Sadiq played 57 and 41 Tests respectively for Pakistan. Mushtaq (10 ODIs) and Sadiq (19 ODIs) also played ODI cricket for Pakistan.
