Prithvi Shaw

It will be a tough call to make for selectors given that Shaw has only played one match for India A since his comeback but the youngster has done well enough to attract the attention of the selectors. He scored a quick-fire 150 off 100 in the first practice match against New Zealand A. Shaw also scored a double-century in Ranji Trophy to press his case for a recall.
Shaw does hold a bright chance of making his comeback in the Test squad and could also be a surprise pick as Dhawan’s replacement in the limited-overs team as well. Although it would mean that we will have to miss first-class fixtures, which the team management might not want.
