The left-arm pacer Wasim Akram was one of the greatest pacers in international cricket history. The cricket fans called him “Sultan of Swing” for his impressive abilities of swing bowling. He was also a great captain as he led Pakistan to the runners-up in 1999 Cricket World Cup. He captained Pakistan in 134 international matches where he managed 265 wickets (average 22.92), including five five-wicket hauls and one ten-wicket haul.
