2. 2016 T20I World Cup

West Indies needed 19 runs off the final over against England to be crowned for the second time as the T20 World Cup champions. It looked like England has got their one hand on the trophy till the last over.
But West Indies all-rounder Carlos Brathwaite had other plans. The right-hander smashed Ben Stokes for consecutive four sixes to help West Indies win by four wickets. Brathwaite was able to connect every shot from the middle of the bat and once Stokes was under pressure, it was a cakewalk for the big lad.
“Carlos Brathwaite”, Remember the name, shouted an elated Ian Bishop in the commentary box as the Windies won their second T20 World Cup. Brathwaite had also scalped three wickets and had only conceded 23 runs in his four overs quota in the final.
Marlon Samuels was awarded the man of the match for scoring 85 off just 66 balls.
