Highest T20I partnership for the third wicket
It was the Napier T20I match between New Zealand and England on 8th November 2019, where the English cricketers Dawid Malan and captain Eoin Morgan put the incredible 182 runs partnership for the third wicket. It was the new record partnership for the third wicket in T20I history.
The previous record in this list was 152 runs again by the English batsmen Alex Hales and Eoin Morgan against Sri Lanka at Chattogram on 27th March 2014.
Best bowling figures in a T20I innings
On 10th November 2019, Indian pacer Deepak Chahar created history after achieving the record bowling figures in T20I innings. It was the Nagpur T20I against Bangladesh where Chahar not only became the first Indian bowler to claim a T20I hat-trick but also managed the bowling figures of 3.2-0-7-6.
The previous record bowling figures in a T20I innings was 4-2-8-6 by the former Sri Lankan off-spinner Ajantha Mendis (against Zimbabwe at Hambantota on 18th September 2012).
