9. Bhagwath Chandrasekhar – 18 years and 249 days

The leg-spinner Bhagwath Chandrasekhar was one of the greatest spinners in Indian cricket history. At the age of 18 years and 249 days, Chandrasekar made his international debut during the Mumbai Test (Brabourne Stadium) against England in January 1964. In his debutant Test match, Chandrasekar had the bowling figures of 40-16-67-4 and 22-5-40-1. That match had a draw result in the end.

Chandrasekar continued his international cricket journey until 1979. He played 58 Tests and only ODI where he picked up 242 and three wickets respectively.
