Rishabh Pant And Urvashi Rautela Took Indirect Digs At Each Other On Several Occasions
Previously there were many reports stating that actress Urvashi Rautela and keeper Rishabh Pant are dating. However, even though she never accepted or denied the fact, India’s keeper Rishabh Pant brushed all the rumours to be false and also blocked the actress from his social media platforms.
A few days back in August, Urvashi Rautela had shared in a media interview, “Mr RP came to the hotel lobby and wanted to meet. Ten hours passed and I fell asleep. I couldn’t attend any calls and when I woke up I saw 16-17 missed calls and I felt so bad that someone was waiting for me and I couldn’t meet them. I told him we’ll meet when you come to Mumbai. We met in Mumbai but a huge drama happened with the paps and all.”
Urvashi Rautela recently got into a controversy with Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant wherein the two of them were seen taking indirect digs at each other on different occasions. It started when Urvashi Rautela mentioned a certain RP who insisted on meeting her when she was in New Delhi.

Followed by her statement, cricketer Rishabh Pant took to social media to speak about ‘celebs lying during interviews’ on his post without naming anyone. The blame game continued with Urvashi Rautela responding and now the actress has gone a step further as she apologized to RP on video.
After this, Rishabh Pant had taken to his Instagram handle, which he then deleted soon and had written taking an indirect dig at Urvashi Rautela.
He had penned, “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them”. Along with it, he had added hashtags, ‘Mera picha chhoro behen’, and ‘Jhuth ki bhi limit hoti hai’.
To this, Urvashi Rautela had responded and had shared on her Instagram stories, “Chotu bhaiyaa should play bat ball ot…main koyi munni nahi hoon badnaam hone with young kiddo darling tere liye #Rakshabandhan mubarak ho” and added hashtags, RP Chotu bhaiyya, Cougar Hunter and Don’t take advantage of a silent girl.
Now, in a viral video shared by Instant Bollywood, Urvashi Rautela reacted to the whole debacle and can be heard saying, “Seedhi baat no bakwas. And that’s why I will not be doing any bakwas”.
When she was further asked to say something to Rishabh Pant, she said while folding her hands, “All I want to say is..umm..nothing. I am sorry.”
After Urvashi Rautela’s apology video saying ‘sorry’ to Rishabh Pant went viral on social media a day back, the actress has now refuted all such reports saying it was highly misleading.
Urvashi Rautela took to her Instagram and dropped a story reading: “These days official news articles and so called meme pages (worst marketers) are more scripted than movies or a TV show. That sorry was for my fans and loved ones.”

Urvashi Rautela recently shared an Instagram video from the game showing herself and Pakistan pacer Naseem Shah smiling at each other. The 19-year-old fast-bowler was taken aback when asked about Urvashi Rautela and stated he does not know who she is.
“I am smiling at your question. I don’t know who Urvashi Rautela is. I only focus on my match. People usually send me videos but I have no idea. I have nothing special in me but I thank people who come to watch cricket and give a lot of respect,” said Naseem Shah in a media interaction during the Asia Cup.
