Want to be a professional cricketer?
As the former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar still holds many reputed batting records even after more than six years of his retirement, the present Indian captain Virat Kohli has also delivered in his ongoing cricketing career. Like Tendulkar, Kohli has also maintained his high-quality batting performances for a long time and that too in every format.
Tendulkar is the only batsman to score 100 international centuries. Meanwhile, Kohli is currently the third-most centurion in international cricket history as he has hit 70 international hundreds. Only the former Australian star Ricky Ponting (71 international centuries) and Tendulkar are ahead of Kohli in this list.
Like Tendulkar, Kohli also dominated in many international grounds. However, there are some international venues where Kohli has at least one international century, but Tendulkar failed to manage at least one three-figure score.
Here we are talking about the top five international venues where Sachin Tendulkar failed to score an international century, but Virat Kohli has managed to achieve it.
Manuka Oval (Canberra)
Both Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli played one ODI each at the Manuka Oval (Canberra). Tendulkar featured in the rain-curtailed ODI against Sri Lanka on 12th February 2008 where he scored 32 runs.
On the other hand, Kohli faced the hosts Australia on 20th January 2016, where the right-handed batsman scored 106 runs off just 92 balls (11 fours and only six).
